I am a fully qualified sports massage therapist, having completed my training with Fire & Earth Massage Academy as part of their inaugural Level 3 Sports Massage Diploma course. I am passionate about both mental and physical health and wellbeing; I will be starting my Level 5 qualification later this year and am excited about learning more ways to help people feel better
I am a keen martial artist and have been practicing Taekwon-Do for 14 years. I run a Taekwon-Do club which I keeps me busy for three nights a week and I recently took my 4th Dan grading. I also enjoy painting, walking my dog, horse riding and clay pigeon shooting.
Having spent four years training as an elite level athlete with the England Taekwon-Do Team, I came to appreciate and understand the benefits of regular maintenance massages to prevent injury and maintain performance. However, massage isn’t just for top level sportsmen/women and you don’t have to be a fitness fanatic in order to feel the benefits of a sports or deep tissue massage!
Massage therapy can not only help with postural pain, it can also relieve stress and tension, improve quality of sleep and alleviate anxiety and depression. I use slow, deep strokes and a variety of techniques to make your treatment as comfortable as possible whilst increasing your performance and improving your well-being.

I’ve had four sessions with Lynda and each was has been great. I was impressed with how she was able to immediately pin point the problem areas in my back and shoulders. I highly recommend booking in Lynda.
