I am a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist, having completed my Level 3 diploma with Fire & Earth Massage Academy. My background includes a degree in Maths and Sports Science and experience working as a physiotherapy assistant, providing care to both elderly and stroke patients. 

 

I am passionate about making people feel better both mentally and physically through Sports Massage but also providing aftercare advice in terms of exercises, stretching, use of the spikey ball and the all-important benefits of heat! 

 

Having worked in a desk job for 20+ years I understand the importance of looking after your posture. Back and neck pain caused by long periods sat at a desk or poor desk ergonomics are significant causes of sick days for people. Sports/deep tissue massage can help correct postural issues as well as relieve stress and tension. 

 

Having played tennis from an early age, I am an active member of Leamington Lawn Tennis and Squash Club, representing the club in league matches. I know first-hand, that Sports Massage can really help to prevent injury and improve performance.
