What is Cupping?
Some tension sits too deep for hands alone to reach. Cupping uses gentle suction to lift and decompress tight muscle and the tissue beneath it, easing areas that have been holding on so long you had stopped noticing them. It is calm, considered, and always used where it genuinely helps, as part of your treatment with one of our highly qualified therapists.
Cupping is not a standalone appointment.
It is something you can request within any hands-on treatment, such as deep tissue in motion, physiotherapy or sports therapy. Book the appointment that suits you, then ask your therapist about adding cupping. Together you will decide whether it is the right fit for what your body needs that day.
What cupping can help with
Easing stubborn muscle tension and tightness
Supporting recovery after training or a long week on your feet
Helping you move more freely when an area feels stuck
Loosening deep-set knots that hands alone can struggle to reach
Easing the tightness that builds up from sitting, training or repetitive movement
Encouraging blood flow to areas that feel tired or overworked
What to expect
Cupping can leave temporary circular marks on the skin. These are completely normal and usually fade within a few days. Your therapist will talk you through everything beforehand, so you are in good hands from start to finish.
