COVID-19 Procedures to keep you safe during your visit… 
 
In order for us to create a safe environment for both you and our therapists we are continueing with COVID-19 protocols that are in line with our governing bodies guidance. 
 
Please read through this carefully and let us know if you have any questions at all. 
Clients: 
 
Before arriving for your appointment 
 
4 hours before your appointment you will be emailed a COVID-19 screening form. This will cover whether you or any member of your household have symptoms of COVID-19, or whether you or any member of your household have been advised to self-isolate. 
 
If the answer is yes to any of the above, then treatment cannot commence until an isolation period in line with Government Guidance has been completed and the client confirms they are symptom free. 
 
Please bring your own clean towel (bath towel size). We can supply a disposable towel if needed. 
 
 
Before arriving for your appointment 
 
Please ensure you arrive at your exact appointment time. We won’t be able to let you in to the premises whilst cleaning takes place 
You will be required to wait outside the front door, your therapist will come and collect you. 
Face masks will be available outside the treatment room for you to wear if desired 
Please use hand sanitiser (will be provided) before entering the premises 
Before entering the premises the therapist will take your temperature 
The therapist will then take you into the treatment room 
 
 
In the treatment room 
 
You’ll need to put your removed clothing into into a plastic box provided in the treatment room 
If you are wearing a face mask please feel free to remove this before lying face down on the couch 
Please sanitise your hands before leaving the premises 
Additional Cleaning - our therapists will be cleaning all touch point areas in between appointments and conducting a deep clean at the end of each day. 
 
Therapists: 
 
Your therapists will be wearing a face mask throughout your appointment 
They will be washing their hands before, after and in between appointments 
Although not possible during hands on treatment, at other times (consultation, exercise advice etc) every effort shall be made to maintain social distancing 
If our therapists or any members of their household has symptoms of COVID-19 or they have been contacted by the Test and Trace team and advised to self-isolate, they shall self-isolate in accordance with Government Guidelines, along with all household members, and arrange testing to be conducted. They will inform you of appointment postponement. They will be in contact to rearrange appointment once test results have been confirmed and/or their period of isolation has been completed.

COVID regulations require us to put breaks to clean in between each client so we are unable to fit as many people into one day as before. 
 
We will try our hardest to ensure everyone gets an appointment as soon as possible but please bear with us.
